Hughes & Mullenix Heating & Air has knowledgeable and professional Service Technicians along with a very sweet and professional Office Staff. They will work with my work schedule and will call me 30 minutes before arriving, giving me plenty of time to leave work and meet them at my house. They even have 24 hour after hour service when needed.

When we first called this company to come to our home we were having issues with air flow. Once the owner was in the attic he identified the problem immediately. My wife and I had built this house a few years before but the heating and air never seemed to work correctly. After Hughes & Mullenix Heating & Air evaluated the problem it was found the duct in the attic was installed incorrectly and the inspector had let this pass. Hughes and Mullenix instructed us on who to contact and within days Alabama Power was helping us get this issue solved. Hughes & Mullenix came back out and corrected the issue and has been our choice for service since.

I have been using Hughes & Mullenix Heating & Cooling for almost two years now.
I am a single lady and was purchasing my first home around two years ago and before buying I called Hughes & Mullenix to check out the existing unit, which I learned was around eight years old. The technician was very professional and thorough. He cleaned and checked out the system inside and out including the thermostat and gas logs. Afterwards he educated me on how it operated and what I should look for in the future in case of a problem, along with advising me to have the system serviced at least once a year and to change my filter monthly.
After closing I am now set up on a service agreement with Hughes & Mullenix and they come to my home (3) times per year to service my unit. I could not be happier with the service this company has provided for me and have recommended this company Hughes & Mullenix to all my friends and co-workers.
