• We use upfront pricing over the $85.00 diagnostic fee, so you know exactly what the repair will cost before it is started.

By agreement, the technicians at Hughes & Mullenix can schedule maintenance visits twice a year to ensure the peak performance of your system (quarterly for commercial buildings).  During these visits, we will wash the coils, check the refrigeration levels and air flow, and oil and clean the unit.  Take the worry out of this aspect of home maintenance!
